"Excellent customer service! I loved the kitchenette with full size frig, stove top, microwave and sink. Which is a great money saving option if staying for an extended trip and the great thing is they will lone out all the basic cooking supplies, pot, pan, plates, bowls and utensils! Also it’s only 15 minutes from several beaches and if you’re lucky you’ll see the Blue Angels buzz by as they practice!! I will definitely stay there again!"

"We ended up getting a kitchenette suite which would’ve been perfect had there been any utensils pots pans silverware plates for us to actually use it. Just keep that in mind if you decide to pay extra for it. Either bring that stuff from home or be prepared to pay for it while you’re in Pensacola. It was in a great location. "Where do I start? Horrible all the way around. No refunds for crap room. Not the same as shown on Expedia. Paid for ocean view w/Balcony (got ground floor). Multiple cockroaches, light bulb out, A/C & Heat ran non-stop and bearing out on fan. So loud hardly could sleep, TVs were a mess, Direct TV didn't work in 1 bedroom, batteries dead in Roku remote, water damaged areas, one door off hinges..... Etc. I paid full price for this crap. "Loved being at the beach. Although we did not get our beachfront room that we booked and paid for and did not get a refund for the difference, it was a great stay. We didn’t let it ruin our trip. Friend discussing with front desk who said we need to talk to Expedia and we did twice and Expedia said they needed to talk to our hotel. No they really didn’t.
