Stood in freezing cold outside during booking. Sketchy neighborhood. Then threw out stuff in the dumpster and locked us out of the room because they mixed up the reservation for 2 nights. Very rude staff!! Acted like we were to blame because of their mix up! Asked for a refund to go some place else which could take 7 days to refund!! Skip this place by all means

The front desk was very friendly, the room was clean but the sheets had holes from like cigaratte. Also i got a disturbing knock at 1040 from the housekeeper yelling i had 20 minutes to get out. It as very rude of her to do that specially because i knew what time was check out i was ready and was about to leave. And she was rude even when i saw her in the hallway going out.

It was close to the area that I wanted to visit, but not in the best part of town. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the motel definitely needs major renovations and remodel or severe updating. No handles or bars for help getting in or out of the bathtub, (VERY slippery when wet) no place to hang towels to dry, electrical outlets not in convenient locations around the room.

I need a good away from the every day life with my dog. All the employees at the hotel were amazing very nice understanding, sweet full of smiles very helpful and had me laughing. I’ll continue to go there til something changes

THE ROOM WAS AS THE PICTURES SHOWED, ALTHOUGH OUR ROOM HAD BURN HOLES IN THE BEDDING AND ON AND AROUND THE TUB. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE IT MAY HAVE FLOODED BEFORE, A BAD MOLDY MILDEW SMELL. THE AREA AROUND THE HOTEL WAS RUN DOWN AND BOARDED UP WITH GRAFITTI ALL OVER THE BUILDINGS. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS OR NEEDED SOMETHING. ITS NOT SOMEWHERE I WOULD BOOK AGAIN. THE FRONT DESK CLERK ASH, WAS AMAZING THO!

There was a misunderstanding upon checkin. Deposit was cash and that was odd, later found out machine was down. So it started out weird. We got checked into the ground floor, almost no one was at the hotel at all, and the room was, meh. Then the hubs went to take a shower, and there was no shower head, just a pipe hanging out of the wall. Also we noticed the bed legs were rusty? So that added to the bumpy start. They moved us upstairs at that point to a MUCH NICER room. It had some recent renovations and was much cleaner. Unfortunately, the toilet and the tub did not want to drain, and the toilet part was... an issue if you get our drift. We didn't overload the toilet, it legit was bad plumbing. Over all though we were happy to find a price-reasonable place to stay but it was a little rough around the edges. The staff was nice enough, but as with some of the budget hotels, you never know how challenging it will be. Over all though the second room was in much better shape and it worked out. We know with budget places that facilities vary greatly. Remember the phrase, you get what you pay for, measure your expectations and you'll be ok.

Clean and safe, definitely not fancy.

Office staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Cleaning staff did not come in to clean or bring fresh towels. We had to go to the office and ask for them. No breakfast was served, but there was coffee! Pool did not look clean, however, we have had quite a bit of rain so that could have attributed to the pool issue. It's not fancy, but it's clean, safe, and comfortable.

There was hair on the tub and sink. One of the towels had hair in it, the other one had brown stains. Told the front desk and the guy at the counter was no help at all. If u can stay at a different place. I recommend you do so. Not worth the price.
