"During my stay the Water heater didnt work after 15min. Of shower. Centralized AC, so i was expecting heater should work. I was not feeling well the first night and was freezing cold so i turn up the heat as it gets very cold because the whole glass wall balcony is close to the bed but the heater is not working. ALSO, i suggest to put some kleenex/facial tissue inside the room. However, other than that the Room is very clean. Nice modern finish. Very quiet and about 15min walk to train station....

"There is no checkin reception & you need to self checkin with a code which i was never informed, The room service was pathetic & they informed its only available from 10 am - 6 pm & was not provided the basic water service in the room, the wifi was the poorest i have ever seen, after requesting for improving it there was no response & i requested to get the router placed in the room which never happened. "

"To begin with, they give you a number in case you have a problem talking to the receptionist, then you talk to him and as if it weren't with him, he doesn't answer you, you explain the reasons and he just forgets that you are talking to him. They don't clean the rooms, there are cockroaches everywhere, it's a complete disaster, I don't want anyone to sleep there."
