"Great hotel and staff"

"Front desk counter receptionists were friendly. The room is clean, but indoor slipper not provided, tooth brush and toothpaste are not provided too. The location is far, if want to take metro, about 12-15 minutes walk from the property to the Al-Jadaf Metra Station. Breakfast provided variety of choices, and crowded. "

"As I have stayed I many hotels, I have found Al Bandar’s breakfast very outdated. Their omelette station was tasteless. Some of the foods were very bland to taste and I was not fully satisfied with their current breakfast menu."

"The staff were all lovely. We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely! We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city. The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families. Only downside was we heard everything in the room next door, not sure if this is normal or they were just super loud."

"The cleaners are top-notch. Amenities not good; the television was not working to our expectations. The phones are old; it works and then stop working. I don't know who was watching us over the cameras but they did something that made us feel embarrassed. At first, we were playing cards game me and my friend in the lobby because they were cleaning out room and then one of the guy from the reception came to us and said we are not allowed to do that and that we should go back to our room and do...
