"One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients....

"Amazing, beautiful hotel. Great location; beautiful and spacious rooms; all amenities what you expect from a 5-star hotel; breakfast buffet was over-the-top wonderful; and best of all the Kempinski staff just couldn't be more welcoming, hospitable and helpful. My only complaint is with Hotels.com who couldn't confirm my long-held reservation five days prior to leaving and tried to get me to switch to another hotel. It was a maddening experience.
