ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong (Newly renovated in 2025)
Breakfast buffet had vegan options, however, the daily offering was minimal. Given the few options, what was offered was very delicious, just had to eat a lot of 2 or 3 items. No protein offering on my second day. Tofu would have been nice besides nuts.
