"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. We apparently needed to place our palms on the door code before entering the numbers. The other thing was a very bright exit sign in the room that we wish we could have covered as we prefer to sleep in total darkness, but otherwise a great stay. Very convenient!"

"The location of the hotel cannot be beat! It's close to all the action of Myeongdong but just up the hill enough so that the actual hotel is quiet. It's literally a stone's throw away from one of the largest Olive Young stores. The breakfast is excellent! The breakfast area is up on the 21st floor and has a spectacular view of Seoul. The quality and variety of the food is superb. I had some of the freshest fruits and vegetables each morning. I think the breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with bidet and heated toilet seat. I would definitely stay again."

"My daughters stayed at this hotel in 2024 for 10 days and had a wonderful experience, so I did not hesitate to book this hotel again for our visit in October 2026. Excellent central location in Seoul for taking public transportation and getting to sightseeing spots. Namdaemun Market, the Seoul Museum of Art, and lots of restaurants and coffee shops are just outside the hotel or within walking distance. The Korea Airport Limousine (KAL) bus stop is located a short walk away; we booked bus tickets on Klook to get to and from the airport. This is a very convenient and well-priced option (currently about $14 each way, choose the 6701 Myeongdong line) to get to and from the hotel. My daughters and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel; the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to book this hotel when I visit Seoul again."

"Bathroom kind of dirty with water everywhere on the sink. Didn’t know where to put my clean clothes for showering as there wasnt much space between the shower curtain and the door. There was no room on the hostel rooms to put lugggage, so it was all lined up in the hallways. Outside of that, the kitchen and dining areas were clean and great and for the price, you can’t beat it"
