Very clean. This is very important ,There were multiple elevators and we never had to wait ! And the front desk is friendly. They speak beautiful English. I would stay there again :)

Amazing staff. They provided late checkout upon request and were able to store my luggage for me for a few hours even after checkout. Room was good, but the bathroom could do with some work. The shower stall water was slow to drain and the bathroom door was a little stiff.

The two gentlemen at the reception was very helpful to remove the plastic tangled and stuck into one of the four wheels of my suitcase as I was leaving. Thanks to them, it started to spin again and stopped making the high-pitch noise, which would have caught unwanted attention.
