"Our stay at The Grand Lotte Hotel Seoul was exceptional from check in to check out. Every step of the process was smooth, and every member of the staff we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.
Splurging on the Executive Tower with La Cime access was absolutely worth it. It covered breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour, which made it effectively breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was truly Michelin level, with beautifully prepared and presented dishes like king crab, lamb chops, and beef tenderloin, among so many other options. The quality and variety were remarkable, and we left every meal fully satisfied. The lounge sits on the 34th floor, so every meal comes with a stunning view overlooking the city, including Seoul Tower.
We had a small issue with our room on our last night and the response was outstanding. From the housekeeping staff all the way up to the general manager, everyone was aware of it and addressed it immediately. The communication was excellent and the attention to detail was impressive. It is rare to see that level of ownership across an entire team.
The location and views cannot be beat. The hotel sits above the Lotte Department Store, so luxury shopping is right at your doorstep, and street food and nightlife are only a five minute walk away.
I would happily stay here again and would not hesitate to book the Executive Tower with La Cime access. Highly recommended!"
