"No air conditioning! The thermostat did not work. The room got very hot and muggy on a 60 degree day. There was a musty smell and no air circulation in the room. The hotel location is in a bad part of town. I would not even venture down the sidewalk in that area during the day. The rooftop restaurant view was great, but you have to be a patron of the restaurant to go there. The staff was very nice. I checked out the next morning and went elsewhere."

"A young person named September checked us in and she was fabulous! Very nice and gave good restaurant recommendations. I liked where the hotel is located with the different food options and easy to get to the freeway. The breakfast options were great. Fresh fruit and the hot breakfast options were nice. I will definitely book here again"

"I didn't care for how the bed was made with one gigantic sheet and two huge pillow like comforters, one on either side of the bed. I also didn't care for the overly complicated coffeemaker. Both of these are extremely minor nitpicks, my problem is ultimately that I think I probably ended up paying more for these unnecessary and strange flourishes."

"So close to cruise port and walking distance to restaurants for breakfast and the roof top views were amazing and relaxing to just sit out there and enjoy the sceneries."

"What a beautiful old building, redesigned to accommodate all us travellers. Only here for a day for work but what a lovely place. History is firstly pretty cool and then the building and design is great. Following on from that it’s far enough out but close enough to be in of all those places you could easily walk too. The docks are a taxi/uber ride but everything else is so accessible. The staff were so helpful and nice it’s got a cocktail bar and a breakfast cafe. Felt special to be a guest."

"Checking in Joshua was very personable and helpful. Only got 1 room key though instead of 2. Not a lot of parking. The area where the breakfast is served was small and hard to navigate with the crowds…it wasn’t an open concept so really only accommodated about 4-5 people before we were walking on top of each other. The seating was fine but where food was served was tight. Our room was on the first floor but was quiet even with a high school baseball and a lacrosse team(probably says more about...

"Super friendly staff and a perfectly clean room, plus the bonus of a kitchenette. Was surprised by the comical $8 parking fee, which perhaps should have been included in the price, but not a big deal. I’d definitely stay again."
