"Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. "Stayed with family - we love the pools and the convenience of having a room right by one of the 8 pools. It’s very close to Joshua Tree and Palm Springs which were a plus. Parking could be a challenge if you get back to the hotel late but there is always a spot, it could just be farther from where your room is.
