Dude in the front was super helpful, polite, and super welcoming! The room was amazing! Super clean, very spacious, and comfy bed! We stood there 2 night and had book the spa treatment, super relaxing! We basically had the whole pool to ourselves as well, which was very nice! I would recommend this place and go back!

What a positive and relaxing time at the hotel. My daughter and i went for a wedding and was able to so so in the most relaxed manner thanks tp the folks at thw hotel.

We had a great stay! Everything about the hotel was exceptional! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and had lots of options! Highly recommend Onsen Hotel and will definitely be back!

The hotel is cute, the neighborhood is so so. There is nothing close by but it was much less expensive than staying in Palm Springs and worked out well for us. We spent 1 day at the Tram and 1 day at the outlet malls. The pool and hot tub were great.

The hotel decor is lovely. The personnel are friendly and helpful and the facility felt safe. The lounge is small but pleasant and breakfast is ok. The mineral water swimming pool is soothing and the landscape is well maintained.

Very clean and also spacious room, comfortable bed, good quality bedding, a cozy hotel. The hotel looks newly build or newly remodeled, the mineral water pool and jacuzzi are a quiet and an open relaxing place. Nice and friendly staff.

This is a small hotel, and I liked that it was located in a relatively quiet area. The staff members were kind and helpful. The parking lot was fine, and rideshare drivers were able to find the pickup point easily. Rooms were surprisingly large and spacious. I loved having a microwave and mini fridge. The beds were decent, and the showerheads had great water pressure. Air conditioning was very effective. The breakfast selection was limited (bagels with plain cream cheese, yogurt with granola and frozen berries, toast, cereals, milk, and juices. The coffee wasn't bad. But other minor things could be improved. For example, the front desk was staffed only until 4 pm some days, but the entry gates were never locked despite having card readers mounted on them. (Sometimes the gate was just wide open, actually.) This wouldn't have been as concerning if the rooms felt more secure -- our rooms had no peep holes and no u-shaped security latches that larger hotels commonly have. Ladies, I would strongly recommend a portable door alarm for your room if that'll help you sleep easier without a latch. The rooms were clean, but the walls and trim pieces were pretty beat up. We traveled in a group and booked six rooms, but there was only one iron available for the property, which we were surprised to find out given there are 20+ rooms. We also chose this hotel because the name indicated a spa-focused experience. However, we found out later that they do only single and couples massages.

The property was very nice and the staff was as well. The area around the property is not so nice but the reception staff said they have security staff patrol the grounds overnight. The property is clean, the areas around the property have lots of garbage strewn everywhere.

Beautiful 20 room property that was renovated recently. The staff was a.mazing, friendly, helpful. The vibe of this hotel is very European! The pool and hot tub were so great.

I can't say enough nice things about our two day stay at Onsen. The staff were super nice and helpful. Our room was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The view from our balcony was great and my wife loved the mineral spring pool. You cannot walk to dinner but that is a small price to pay for such a relaxing experience.

Nice place

Very clean and quiet place no kids. Rooms were modern up to date. Air conditioner was brand new and quiet. Parking was easy no charge and pool and jacuzzi was really clean.
