"The staff was friendly, but something felt off about the overall experience. I only saw them at check-in and check-out, and they were otherwise unavailable. The photos listed online are misleading and make the rooms appear much nicer than they actually are. The room I stayed in had several issues, including roaches, cracks throughout the walls, and what appeared to be mold in the shower. The “private pool” was more like a dirty pond and clearly not maintained. The TV was oversized and awkwardly placed, blocking access to the closet. It also seemed like the room had been poorly remodeled, likely without proper licensing or workmanship. The doors looked damaged, as if they had been broken into and then poorly repaired. Additionally, the internet did not work, so I couldn’t even use the TV. Attempts to call for assistance went unanswered, and no one was ever present at the front desk. The location is also inconvenient, it’s in a remote area, about 40 minutes from Coachella and roughly 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Overall, this stay was far from ideal."

"We stayed in the presidential suite, the room was outdated and old the carpets had stains. The second bedrooms AC did not work. We advised staff twice they sent someone once who couldn’t fix it and didn’t bother we us again. For the price I paid you would think they would care. Not sure why I got charged an additional resort fee, the pools are clean but that is all that is decent about the property. "

"The entire resort was beautiful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The mineral pools are amazing and so relaxing! The airstream is well set up and the beds are super comfortable!! I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back."

"This motel is truly a blast from the 50s SoCal past. It is worn out but clean so charming in a different way. The multiple hot spring pools are fantastic. The restaurant served up a delicious and plentiful breakfast. Motel, shop and restaurant are bargains so manage expectations and have a great time!"

"The property and pools are consistently clean and beautiful. We had the best time relaxing here for two days! The landscaping makes you feel like you’re in an oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. It’s very easy to drive down to Palm Springs for nightlife/nice dinner. We appreciated the quality of the free breakfast, especially the mixed fruit. I got a cranial massage which was worth every penny, and the provider gave me great tips to help my chronic jaw/neck pain for daily self-care maintenance. —The Bathroom in our room could use updates. Not dirty, just worn. "
