"We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest...

The courtyard area is beautiful with a lovely, heated pool, relaxing spa and great lounge chairs with plenty of towels. We loved having a little patio off of our room. The neighborhood and location are the best. We will be back! "
