"We loved our two nights stay at Melfort House. It was peaceful idyll that restored us somewhat as we were nearing the end of our road trip through Scotland. "Lovely views of Loch Awe. The driver wasn’t so happy about the long single track road but the other two enjoyed the solitude and quiet at the end of the road. Rooms are comfortable and all different."

"We rented electric bikes to ride over to the castle a few miles away. The whole process was simple. We even got to relax at the pool for a little while. The staff was so accommodating and wonderful. Beds were comfy and clean. Really can’t complain."
