"I stayed here on a business trip. A really nice break from the typical business hotel, however this is much more a romantic fine dinning spa location. I'll be coming back with my wife and without my laptop."

"Eden Rock was the perfect oasis in Florence. Small with a very attentive staff, excellent food, and a pool worth spending hours at. The views are outstanding from the hills above Florence. Our room had its own terrace and we spent a lot of time there. One reminder is that it is away from the city center and it takes some planning to get there, however the staff is there to help."

"The property is gorgeous, the staff was very attentive and all the requests were promptly addressed. The room was big and clean but they don’t have AC. During the day can get warm but overnight there were no issues. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Overall we highly recommend this property. "

"The hosts Luca and Mario are extremely accommodating and lovely people! Rooms done to a high standard and bed really comfortable. Location is beautiful, just a short walk to bus and train station straight into Florence. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again "

"We enjoyed a one night stay here. The room was comfortable for my family of 5. We enjoyed the onsite swimming pool. One reason why we stayed here was to be close to Florence. We were rewarded with a straight shot right into the east side of the city in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. We lucked out and found parking just outside the city center. Upon our return, we used our room key to reenter the building and our apartment. One thing to note is there is steep hill from the parking area...

"Excellent staff! Our stay at the Ruby Bea Hotel in Florence turned out to be an excellent choice. I have read an earlier review where someone had complained about the check in process here. It could not have been easier! And if at all confused there are staff right there to help you. At first I found it strange to check in at the hotel bar…. In hindsight it is absolutely brilliant!! "Had a glorious stay at The Hoxton Florence. Absolutely superb hotel, amazing staff, beautiful architecture and interiors. The bar and restaurant were both fabulous. And very well connected. 2 minute walk from the tram to the airport, and a short walk to the centre of town. Cannot recommend enough!"
