"We made a reservation with only 1 day notice. When we arrived we were warmly greeted at the reception. We were upgraded to a bigger room with breakfast included. The bartenders are really knowledgeable about local wine and make great suggestions. This hotel is fantastic and well located. We absolutely loved our stay. "

"I’m thankful we did it. What an amazing place for our Florence and Tuscany trip. Yo will have the best luxury apartment for your vacations. We stayed 1 week for our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday. This place is a gem! The staff were incredible. We felt like in a resort. "The place was really something special. We stayed in apartment 301 ( three bedroom ). It is quite a schlep up to the third floor but it certainly made us fitter.
