A nice stay at this property. The room was lovely - clean, modern and had everything you needed. The staff were friendly too. The location is a little out the way and you have a 5-10 minute walk to a suitable bus stop. Ultimately a great stay, just a little out the way.

The property had recently been renovated and had one of the best bathroom design and shower! They had a very good designer or the owner had excellent design style taste and skills. Simone, the manager or one of the owners, also called cabs when needed, referred us to restaurants and shops we might need. There could not have been any better accommodation in this area,

Our room was below street level with one high window. It was spacious and mostly quiet. The room upstairs had loud people in, and you could hear them walking / talking but otherwise it wasn't too noisy with traffic or anything else. The bathroom was a good size with a hairdryer, and some toiletries. It was clean and tidy, with a double bed, small stool and chair. Plenty of space for our luggage. A desk with free water, and tea / coffee making area. There was a communal space but we didn't use this. It had a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. We're from the UK and had EU adapter plugs but they didn't fit the plug sockets in the room as they were smaller. Our EU adapter (Type F?) only worked in the bathroom and one of their extension cords. Staff member that showed us around was very helpful and the room had handy information about transport, checkin/out, Wifi etc. We had no issues with the room. The hotel is about 30/40 minute walk from the centre of Florence. It was an easy walk, very gently uphill but it felt safe. We got a taxi from the train station on our arrival, but we struggled to get a taxi to take us to the station from the hotel. We tried pre-booking with the info provided by the hotel and then tried calling several taxi's on the morning. They had nothing in the area, and we ended up walking to the station. Not sure if this was a one off, or regular issue, but just something to note. It cost us about 20 Euro for the taxi from the station.
