"This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great. "Beautiful property! It's in a historic building and as soon as you walk in, it feels like you're being transported to the glamorous times of yesteryear. It's been one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we've ever been in. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer a good, healthy breakfast with several choices. It's within walking distance from central Santa Ana with plenty of shopping and restaurants available. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inside it's a hidden jewel! ...

"The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa. It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building. No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa? No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing."
