"Well is not my first time here I like this place location Food is always good fresh But some one ask me in the elevator if my Bathroom have exhaust fan cause her wasn’t working I said no there’s no exhaust She was a little sad cause she said is expensive place to have that problem So that explains why the door hinges were rusted in my bathroom"

"We had a great stay. The food is a bit expensive at the hotel, the wi-fi did not work the whole time we were there but the views, access to the lake, thermal waters, islands, use of kayaks, paddleboards etc. was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was good, the rest of the food was ok, a bit overpriced. We went to Asaditos - best food ever overlooking the lake for a decent price about 20minutes from the place back up the hill/road toward San Salvador. Lake is amazing - would definitley come back."

"The Garten was beautiful! It’s right off of El Zunco beach and has steps down to access it. The restaurant’s food was delicious. I had plans to propose on the beach, but due to it being rainy season had to do an impromptu proposal at the hotel. Nanci was super helpful and accommodating with the proposal. Raul was our server that night and he was super nice, helpful, and patient with us. The rooms were beautiful and so cool! I loved our stay here. I 10/10 recommend and definitely plan on going back if nothing more than to thank the staff there for being so wonderful! Thank u for everything guys!"

"This place is simply beautiful. Very clean, the staff is very professional. We had a lovely experience. The food was delicious, the massages were wonderful. The jet ski rides were fun and amazing. The boat ride was incredible. Make sure you stop at the Hot Springs. I absolutely recommend."
