"This stay was one of a kind, the feel and tranquility of this place is something to experience when you visit El Salvador, but bring some bug repellent with you! Room service was amazing and friendly. Water pressure in the shower needs to be fixed would be my only complaint. Also not much visibility looking out from the globe through the not so clear panels. "We loved our time at this unique property. We stayed in the family room (which was well-appointed and very clean). The food was delightful and we enjoyed the welcome drinks at check-in since we're Expedia VIPs. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our kids loved the pool and kayaking on the lake. They also had a cute activity where the kids could pick veggies from their garden and they served them up for breakfast. Overall, I would give our stay 4.7 stars. Everything was perfect except for the fact that our room didn't have any hot water. I know that this is a common thing in El Salvador, but we didn't expect this considering the price for the family room. It was way too cold for our kids but we made it work since we only stayed for one night. If the staff are able to remedy this then we would have zero complaints. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!"
