The hosts were very nice, and the property is well maintained. The room was well decorated, clean, and we had access to the kitchen.
Lily, the dog, was very sweet too.

The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa.
It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building.
No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa?
No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing.
Pretty new place, and it’s developing. Super friendly and helpful staff/owner.
Full kitchen available to use, and washing machines.
Just a smell of the room was too strong - I think its from cleaning products they use.
Would be good to have AC or at least silent fan.
