"My family and I stayed there for one night as we were to leave on a flight early the next morning but the staff was extremely nice and pleasant and helped us with all the questions and getting a taxi very early in the morning. The restaurant in the hotel was really good and the service was amazing. Will definitely come back "

"Because you’re in Europe, you don’t get many American television channels. There were only 2 channels that played the same shows over and over. We should at least be given a smart television to access our own shows. The bed is extremely firm, not really comfortable. Some of the staff were more helpful than others. "

"The location is PERFECT. You are STEPS away from a great cafe and one of the best bakeries in Rome! The staff was kind, attentive and extremely helpful!
The breakfast was also a HUGE plus. There is a generous buffet and a wait staff that will take a coffee order for you. All included!
Finally, you are really in the center of Rome and can walk to all of the major attractions in 10-30 minutes.
If you're American like us, the room may be smaller than you're accustomed to, but it was well...

"We had breakfast every morning at the restaurant. It was buffet style and only 12 euros. Staff were very courteous and friendly, and they kept replenishing the food regularly.
The front staff were really helpful as well when it came to mapping out our time in Rome. The Wi-Fi was consistent as well. It was nice to see that there was a weight training facility on the premises as well. Overall, highly recommend couples and families to stay at hotel Roma IQ."
