"We enjoyed our breakfast every day. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. There’s different kinds of menus every morning. The staff were ready to replenish the coffee and all sorts of things that were needed. The location is so accessible and centrally located to all amenities. We will booked with you again. Thank you. "There was mold in the fridge. When they changed our mini fridge there was still mold in the new one. Housekeeping threw away our souvenirs that were in paper bags on the floor even when we told them we did not want cleaning. We contacted front desk on the day of our check-out and have yet to hear about our missing stuff. No compensation was given and they said they would call back, but never did. The hotel phone number does not even work. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had."

"There was power outage"

"The doors were all creaky and not very secure. There’s big gaps so it felt very not Private. Parking was full so we had to go to 2 different lots, spent over 30 min just finding parking and having to walk 15 min back to hotel. Specifically got a hotel that had parking and then it didn’t even have that. Room was clean but nothing special. No ac control in the room, just a fan."

"The property was very well maintained - the outside pool and shared spaces were fabulous, lots of seating within a beautifully maintained garden area, and the outdoor games area was set up nicely. The daily breakfast was great - ot included varied hot items everyday and was kept super clean and constantly replenished by the attentive and friendly staff. Our suite was spacious and very clean as well - we really enjoyed our stay here."
