"I booked this hotel for 3/14-3/15 and somehow there was a glitch in the system and it booked it for 3/12 which I was in a totally different state. Expedia is saying even though it was a glitch on their system they have to ask the hotel for a refund. I have called the hotel and spoke with dev and Jay and they both said they approved the refund. "The room was spacious and quiet and the temperature was comfortable. The building is showing its age with some peeling paint and scuffs. Lighting in the room a bit awkward with inconveniently placed light switches in the sitting area that led to several run ins with a knee-level coffee table. The fitness center is small and in need of maintenance. Both peloton bikes were malfunctioning and the water dispenser was out of order. The pool is nice but very small and best visited early in the morning...

"Beautiful architecture and interior. Beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom was on the small side and they could use some WD40 on some of the hinges since the doors are so heavy. I would also recommend house keeping check under beds occasionally, looked to be dust from 1909 under both beds in the room."
