"Nice room and entire residence hotel/condos for a week’s stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, good a/c after maintenance got it working properly, lovely moire of the bay and ocean. Good restaurants a block away in the World Mall. Weather was good in February. "

"Breakfast room and breakfast options were great and the staff at breakfast area were friendly but the rooms were not great, Bathroom was not great. Hot water faucet in the bathroom sink was very slow flowing. Hot water was supposedly shut off from 12-2am but it was never restored until the next morning and the maintenance showed up only after 9pm. What do they expect people to just sit around until midday to shower and get ready to go out? The bathroom was not locking when we tried to lock but...

"The property is clean and modern. Parking is a challenge as the hotel offers none. We had a ten minute walk with our luggage. The pool and hot tub area on the roof is excellent with great views. No food offered on property. No coffee either. If you are having an extended stay it would be ok as they have a full kitchen in the room along with a washer and dryer. Location is great and within a ten minute walk of Bayside. Lobby is very small with just few seats for waiting. "
