"I will be staying at a Citizen M again in the future. My husband and I loved this hotel for our recent Miami trip. Easy access and easy check in. The room was super comfortable, with just enough room. And the tablet controls for the lighting, windows, and TV was so cool. For such a busy area, we were never bothered by noise either. Total A-Plus experience!!"

"We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. "Great property, location is amazing. However we had a room that had a shower with no glass or curtain so when we showered water went everywhere. We also went to the pool with an empty tumbler so we can just put ice in it with heat this time a year and they wouldn’t allow us. We had to pay $20 for two small glasses of soda water.
