"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the downtown area. The staff maintained the property perfectly during one of the busiest weeks in Miami. They were friendly and prompt with everything I needed and the hotel offers rooms to suite any size group, wonderful amenities, and a great location. Gale will definitely be my go to any time I am in miami. "

"The room is small however the bed was uncomfortable , I expected that I would not enjoy my stay from I enter the first room the sheet on the bed had stains on it , I went back to the front desk and the hah it changed , however the other room was looking so cheap ,like a motel room horrible beds , this place doesnt worth the price."

"Breakfast was good and fresh. Wish there was more for those on special diets. The parking garage was geat and safe, locked in gate. Beds could be replaced as they were very uncomfortable and had lu.ps in both beds."

"No tv available unless you hook your own account to it. No internet connection. We were there during NCAA finals, so husband was very unhappy without TV. Won’t go back. Wanted to charge $50 to check in one hour early, even if room was ready. Found alcohol pouches in freezer of the little refrigerator left from past guest, check in clerk was surprised."
