"Breakfast is top notch and custom made coffee! Room is small but clean, ultra modern vibes. It was unseasonably cold during our stay, very chilly everywhere. Easy to walk to basketball game. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"Parking was good. There was no a/c in room, only fan that worked with light on. There was no microwave, fridge, or coffee in room. The continental breakfast was a $4 fritatta and $3 cup of coffee. The room access was by touchpad on door . . We succeeded entry into room 6 out of 100 tries in 26 hour stay . . . Could not find restaurant within 9 block area . . The staff was very nice. In another time and situation, would have been amusing. We cut our stay short x 2 days "

"I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the downtown area. The staff maintained the property perfectly during one of the busiest weeks in Miami. They were friendly and prompt with everything I needed and the hotel offers rooms to suite any size group, wonderful amenities, and a great location. Gale will definitely be my go to any time I am in miami. "

"The room is small however the bed was uncomfortable , I expected that I would not enjoy my stay from I enter the first room the sheet on the bed had stains on it , I went back to the front desk and the hah it changed , however the other room was looking so cheap ,like a motel room horrible beds , this place doesnt worth the price."

"Breakfast was good and fresh. Wish there was more for those on special diets. The parking garage was geat and safe, locked in gate. Beds could be replaced as they were very uncomfortable and had lu.ps in both beds."
