"The room was super small but the shower was huge. Overall it was ok to just lay my head down for the night but it is not ideal to spend a lot of time in the room. There was no room to open my luggages."

"The rooms were spacious and decently clean, a plus was that there was housekeeping that came by every late morning/afternoon for cleanup which many other hotels in the bigger cities didn't! The property itself does reflect the age of the building, but it definitely has that small town feeling to it making it feel much more homey and cozy. The staff were very nice and accommodating, the breakfast every morning was an amazing bonus! They do have public mixed gender baths, and a women's only bath...

"No geral, a experiência foi ótima. As instalações do onsen, a limpeza e a localização do hotel são excelentes, além de a equipe ser muito educada e atenciosa. No entanto, dois pontos impactaram negativamente minha estadia: o primeiro foi a vista da janela, voltada diretamente para a estação, o que destoa de uma proposta de descanso. O segundo, e mais crítico por eu ter o sono leve, foi o isolamento acústico insuficiente, o que me fazia acordar durante a noite com o barulho dos trens"

"The staff was very friendly, they can speak english fluently so there was no issues with communication. Was checked in and shown around the hostel by May, who was very kind and helpful. The area this hostel is located in is also very nice. Perfect location if you’re planning on doing paragliding with sky-asagiri, bus station only 2 mins away!!"
