The staff was sweet and did offer an upgrade after I spent my first night sneezing and coughing all night since there was a very strong smell and had to keep the windows open but their dusty blankets gave me an allergic reaction. Hotel rules mean that room is fully serviced after night three even if it does not require servicing.
