Top notch staff Carlos at check in to Hilario and Diego at breakfast To Victor our beach waiter that was so on point The grounds maintained always seeing everyone keeping the resort clean and at 5 star quality. "Our first time at the Valentin and it did not disappoint. We had a swim up suite and the room was amazing. Huge bathroom and shower. The bar staff at the pool were all great and very attentive. We saw the famous iguana, Kevin, and he’s quite impressive. Beautiful grounds, lots of wildlife and birds. Food was great. It is a little difficult to find the concierge sometimes to make a reservation for the Hibachi restaurant but we just showed up one night and had no problem getting a seat. The spa was really nice, we had a really nice couple’s massage. We also had a beautiful beach dinner on our last night. It was a great vacation and we would definitely go back again."
