"Took my wife, 2 year old daughter and mother in law. Had adjoining rooms, perfect set up to let us come in and out of baby was asleep in ext room over and not make noise to wake her. We absolutely loved it. If you’re looking for the party vibe, crowd, spring break- this ain’t it. Very chill, relax setting, amazing service, clean grounds, beautiful sandy beach. We upgraded to the level service( do it), great food!!! Plan to come back ASAP Concierge Gerardo was on top of it ! Clear communication, eager to assist in any way he could. All the servers were fantastic, our regular became Guadalupe, sweet lady, consistent attention made sure we were set. Amazing place"

"We stayed in one of the oceanfront jacuzzi suites. Our view was incredible! The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge. The hotel provides bottled water and we had breakfast included which was a hot breakfast, eggs/sausage plus yogurt and fruit. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful small hotel. The staff was amazing, went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We will definitely be back!"

"Really enjoyed this hotel. Two restaurants, two pools, access to the ocean for snorkeling, poolside cabanas and multiple seating areas. Yoga and massages available. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Elevator access and water stations on every floor. The food was delicious! Hope to return soon!"

"the staff and the food are as always wonderful. It's an older property and could use some minor plumbing repairs, it all worked well, but you can tell it's seen better days. The location is very nice and the beach one of the best to be had. We will be heading back again next year to do it all again."

"I wouldn’t return to this hotel because of the mattresses. They’re extremely old—the outer fabric is so brittle that it’s shedding and turning to dust. There was also a small hole on the side of the mattress. Because of the mattress, it felt unsanitary. If it wasn't for the mattress I'd come back again. I would not recommend to my friends. However, the staff were nice, the property's location was great, and I felt safe."

"Decent location and price, but cleanliness felt like an issue for us. The sheets and curtains were stained, room was cleaned during our stay but floors did not get swept. The shower head in the washroom sprayed water over the glass and got the whole washroom wet, had to point it at the wall. The drywall around the fixture was also peeling/was broken which left drywall bits and dust in the shower. They also had a price list to replace things that were made dorty/damaged, as if they don’t do the laundry already (mind you the sheets were stained to begin with, this just felt ridiculous). The bed was at least decently comfy and the TV was nice to have. It’s an okay hotel for the price but I would go back and spend more on something a little nicer. "

"Just a quick one night stay but it couldn’t have been more accommodating or authentic. Gentleman got me quickly in my casita, respected how tired I was and let me be. Needed to get up early to catch a taxi for a cruise and he went and got one for me with ease. Overall a lovely experience in a lovely place. Should I come to Cozumel again for real I will stay there."
