"The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful with questions. Breakfast staff was familiar with gluten free needs. Rooms were pretty hot due to heat wave. Did appreciate the fan."

"Give this hotel a miss if you want a smooth and stress free transfer to the airport. On arriving via train I was told the courtesy bus to the airport would be at least 30 minutes and advised to walk, In the morning when I had to catch my flight, I waited over 30 minutes for the bus to the terminal, to be told it could only take 21 seated and 11 standing (many more than this were waiting due to the lengthy wait) and then advised it was only going to terminal 2. "We regularly stay at this hotel when visiting Huddersfield. It is our favourite hotel in the area . The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room is always beautifully clean. The served hot breakfast is fantastic and freshly cooked as opposed to a buffet style. The hotel has a warm and friendly feel and we highly recommend it.
