Their beds and pillows are very comfortable. Only one lift was in operation and considering the number of people who were at the hotel, which was a lot- full capacity to 7th floor with 30 rooms per floor, they should have sorted out whatever was wrong with the second lift.

Some of the reviews make it difficult to understand what people expect from a ‘budget’ hotel. The rooms here are small-ish and very basic, as you’d expect them to be, but for value for money this hotel is excellent. Clean and comfortable; staff are friendly; good location; late check-out. For a budget hotel it does exactly what you need it to do, and does it very well.

A great budget-friendly option, especially if you’re travelling before or after a long flight. The hotel is basic, but everything was clean and well maintained. The rooms are simple yet comfortable, with the shower in a separate cubicle from the toilet, while the sink is located in the main room. It’s an unusual layout, but perfectly practical for the price. Breakfast is available for an additional fee if you want it, and there’s also a small indoor space where you can work or relax. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a clean, practical, and good-value place for a short stay.

Room was basic, but did the job. Parking is limited, with alternative option over the road (at McDonald's) for £15 overnight. Didn't bother with breakfast (£9). Free tea, coffee and filtered water is a nice touch. 24 hour bar! Easy walking to the tram stop. Pub over the road. Tesco metro 200m away.

Great position. Staff were helpful. We had2 rooms and a 3 generation family and it was a perfect ‘pit stop’ for all of us. Can’t fault for the money, quiet, easy car park that’s a reasonable price for 24 hours. We will use it again.
