Check in is all online and you need a website to unlock the building doors. But the location was great and the room was clean and big and bathroom was nice. Can’t really complain about anything. Person I was in contact with was very responsive. If I needed to stay next to the station again I would stay here again. 5 stars

This was a great find, especially if you want to be near the train station (it's steps away). If you're going to hang out in the room for a long time, it might feel small, but as a base of operation for touring or business, or a place to stay for a short stay, it's perfect. Very clean. The large platform bed and pillows were very comfortable, and it had all the modern conveniences. Nice shower. Good air-conditioning.

The check-in process was relatively seamless for a remote check-in, and the host was very responsive. It was a great value for such a centrally located room right next to the Rome train station.

I stayed for three nights with my husband and had a pleasant experience. The location was very convenient, especially being close to Termini train station, where the Leonardo Express provides direct service to and from Fiumicino Airport. It also made getting around Rome much easier. The property felt secure, and the self-check-in instructions and house rules were clearly explained. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy, and the bed was firm and comfortable, which I liked. The mini fridge was small, and the shower was compact, but neither was an issue for us. There was also a notice about allowing time for the hot water to reheat between showers. I appreciated the coffee and tea station, tourist maps, and extra towels and toilet paper available outside the room. Housekeeping and linen changes are provided for longer stays, which was fine for our short visit. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay while exploring Rome. I would consider staying here again!

StaySmart Termini was just that very smart. It’s right across the street from Roma Termini station and made our trip very easy. Not to mention the staff has great communication. We let them know we were arriving early and they were able to accommodate us. Would highly recommend this place to stay when in Rome.

It was a wonderful stay within close proximity to all kinds of restaurants and most importantly the main train station, it was easy to find, it’s important to have internet when arriving as the key is via link sent directly to your phone was easy to figure out and the host was also great with communication, comfortable bed and there is A/C and a mini fridge and a small safe in the room

It was a short, but wonderful stay. Very close to the Termini station. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, and the host, Omar, was very helpful with all our needs. I highly recommend it.

Very close to Roma Termini terminal and shopping and very eksellent "food court". Near buses and tram lines. Very good contact with host. Digital in checking, read your email closely and check in before arrival. We had a very good stay.

The room was beautiful and newly remodified. We had some issue with the AC and contacted the host. Even though it was 11:00pm he quickly came even and fixed the issue to our satisfaction. It is across the street from Termini Roma
