Clean room, attentive host, free breakfast. Location is great. The entrance is a little funky and eleveator only worked once, so be prepared to walk up 3 flights, which was fine for us, just FYI.

We loved the location of our room. Perfectly located in Trastevere near many excellent restaurants. We were able to find the guesthouse quite easily and there’s an elevator up to the 3rd floor. There was a member of staff there who greeted us and stored our suitcases until the room was ready. The room and bathroom was clean and well maintained but the A/C unit was kind of lack luster. WiFi worked great. We were provided with vouchers for breakfast at the Scillian cafe below in the same block. Kind of confusing how that worked. The first time we went there with vouchers in our hand we were ushered out of the cafe and told to take an outside seat and wait to be served. Disappointing that they wouldn’t allow my husband to have an alternative drink to coffee. He doesn’t drink coffee. There was a selection of pastries to choose one from and a juice offered. The second time we went, we sat at a table with our vouchers and a woman came out waving her arms at us to go inside and order at the counter. It was packed in there and we couldn’t get to order. So we left and bought breakfast items from a nearby grocery store. We didn’t go back there. Paolo was our point of contact and extremely helpful in ordering us taxis etc. We enjoyed our stay and would return if the included breakfast was made easier to use with some better options for non coffee drinkers.

Wonderful staff who helped me when I needed to come into Rome early and needed a room for an extra night. Great rooms and such a great position with restaurants & bars just steps away. Thanks again for a great stay….we’ll be back 😁

We loved our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable The location in Trastevere was excellent as many good places to eat or have a drink in walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here I would have liked to have a few more hangers. This is not a complaint but a suggestion. Thanks to Paolo and his staff.

Our stay at Etruska was very pleasant. The room is very nice and newly remodeled. Fregenie is welcoming and pleasant host. He made our stay for 3 nights very comforting and enjoyable. We will definitely be back to this hotel.

This is a very cozy and personal place. The staff calls you to confirm your time of arrival the day before and/or same day to ensure you have a smooth check-in snd that someone will be available to let you in. The area is wonderful. This is your typical bed and breakfast with much care. I will definitely recommend it.

Good stay in a fun neighbourhood!

The location was great and the check-in host was kind. It was a little difficult to find when using Google Maps. The room was comfortable with great shower pressure but as it is in Rome you will overpay for a property that should not cost $250 CAD a night. However, no real complaints!

We really enjoy the Trastevere area of Rome; The night life, the restaurants, the cobblestone roads, the historical buildings…il cuore di Rome, the heart of Rome. Having frequented this area a few times now, this is the best accommodation we have come across. It is clean, it is quiet, it is easy to access with self-entry, the elevator is new, and the added toiletries bonuses from slippers to a small kitchenette make all the difference. We recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to experience the heart of Rome from an affordable and convenient location. We will definitely stay here again in future! Grazie di tutti!

The location was good but on a noisy square. Check in was very confusing. There was no signage to indicate where the hotel even was once you got inside the building we wandered around, took the wrong elevator and had to go back outside again to try to figure it out.. the receptionist that finally came down and and brought us up did not speak English
