"This property was very clean, but the room itself was tired. The mattress was newer and very comfortable, but the bathroom tile was cracked, wallpaper was peeling, the vanity was very worn and there was small leak under the sink, the carpet was starting to show wear - for the price, our room while clean had just seen better days. The staff however was fantastic, always said hello when we entered the lobby. We had a problem with the toilet, which they fixed very quickly. We paid extra for a river...

"Staff was great! Super friendly and helpful, especially when you have questions about the local festivals and alike. Property and rooms are clean and very comfortable despite not having a pool. We had breakfast ( for convenience and early hours ) on 2 occasions and the food was very good. Do not skip ordering the Beignets here. They stack up pretty well with some of the local known competition. Location is very good. Tucked away far enough from the noise of Bourbon Street, yet close...

"The vibe of this place is great and beautiful. The room was subpar. Dirt in the sink and on the floor, Non-functioning sink, duck tape on the back of the remotes, broken lamp. "

"Ernie was excellent in recommending places to eat at. All the staff was very helpful. We had dinner the night of the 15th which was our anniversary and our waitress was so thoughtful (I wish I was better at names) she brought us out beignets with chocolate that had happy anniversary on it. "

"Just across Canal St from the French Quarter. Just far enough to be away from the noise but close enough to walk. Street car stop down the block. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The room was comfortable."
