I would have given 5 but the fire alarm started going off all hours of the night because of an elevator issue. Otherwise the hotel is very beautiful, very friendly staff. Short walk to everything. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for the Ole Miss / Georgia game and it was great! It’s about a 20 minute walk to the stadium and 15 minutes or so to the French Quarter. There are also so many cute restaurants and shops around. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had a small issue with the tv in our room. Would definitely stay here again!

Room was spacious and pool/gym was a bonus. It was a close walking distance to Bourbon St. There is a nice restaurant on site with friendly staff. There is a Common House area where different events are held. While we were there, they had trivia night and NYE party. The only thing that can be improved is access to hot showers. Within 5min, the shower becomes cold.

The studio suite exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, clean, with plenty of space and nice coffee and toiletries. The hotel has an amazing fitness center and pool. The neighborhood is walkable with a variety of restaurants nearby.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and while we found the decor and amenities adorable, the friendliness of the front desk staff and cleanliness of the room could use some improvement.
Visible from the couch, underneath the media console cabinet.
The pull for the blinds was broken and we had to stand on a stool to open the shades. The ledges on the windows needed to be wiped down and had handprints.
The only laundry detergent provided was powder, even though the washer clearly states liquid only (and needed to be cleaned). We had to wash the extra blanket from the top of the closet because it was covered in what appeared to be black dog hair.
A plate we pulled from the cabinet was crusted over with food from a prior guest. Fortunately, a dishwasher is available in the room.

This is a beautiful property with helpful and friendly staff. It is located in a safe area of New Orleans and is close to the French Quarter as well as wonderful local hot spots and local history. St. Claude, Frenchman, and Magazine streets are all walkable from this location and you are surrounded by museums, galleries, and excellent restaurants.
