We had a great time at this hotel. Kabrel, the gentleman behind the bar provided great service and we had a blast after coming back from a night on Bourbon St. Unfortunately, we wasn't there during the weekend, and we could tell, as the experience wasn't as fun as the first night.

I had a wonderful stay at the Rubenstein Hotel in New Orleans. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Joiana in particular stood out—she was so helpful and made our experience even better. The room was clean, cozy, and really charming. One of our favorite features was the balcony, which added such a nice touch to our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The staff was pleasant, room had no windows only hole in wall that led to storage room , no soap or washcloths available per housekeeping, coffee put away once bar opened, 56$ to park our car, being an older classic hotel we expected it to be maintained as such ,walls are very thin, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone

The room was clean and comfortable but it was super loud- we heard every little noise in the hallway. There was also a fake window to a hallway and the light from that was kind of annoying all night. I was also freezing as there was no comforter, just sheets and a blanket.
