"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. "Staff are nice and helpful , Was missing some amenities “hand washing soap dispenser was empty i ask for a refill and never got it” Parking spacious and available Our Room had couple pf lights that’s not working asking for repairs and never got it The breakfast is variable and nice “some items ends early so try to go early” The bathroom could be cleaner,"

"This hotel was in a good location and our room was huge! Tons of space AND the kitchen! We also had huge windows that allowed for a bunch of light and I loved the beautiful smelling lotion! I'd recommend staying here if you want to spread out and be comfortable, but also be close enough to the pier/downtown to walk if you didn't have a car."

The room was very nice, a little tight but that is expected in Chicago. Bathroom was perfect great shower, amazing view from room and bathroom window. "It was centrally located for our needs. Union Staion is a short walk even with luggage. We walked to the Riverwalk and to a Park on Lake Michigan. It is doable if you are someone who likes to walk. Staff was friendly and helpful."
