"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. The location is so great that we enjoyed walking along the street and explored restaurants and gifts stores daily. "This hotel was in a good location and our room was huge! Tons of space AND the kitchen! We also had huge windows that allowed for a bunch of light and I loved the beautiful smelling lotion! I'd recommend staying here if you want to spread out and be comfortable, but also be close enough to the pier/downtown to walk if you didn't have a car."

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected.
