"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Lovely apartment decor but cleanliness could be better. I trod on a small bit of glass and there was some melted chocolate substance on the bed side table that should have been cleaned.
