Hotel Dekat Regal Harbour View Grande

"Breakfast menu was very limited"

"Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs"

"Great location"

"The property is nice but the rooms are outdated and my room smelted old. I’m guessing it’s the carpet. If you have allergies I wouldn’t recommend."

"There wasn't anything I'd change. Everyone and everything was on point. Actually getting ready to book a room there for this weekend again."

"Wanted a non smoking room and entire hotel smells like smoke, mold in room around sink and in shower, mold in the ice machine on 1st floor, garbages were full of garbage. Carpets looked like they’ve never been vacuumed"

"Very clean smooth check in nice staff. Very modern property close to stores and eateries. Comfy bed would definitely stay again."

"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. "Second time staying here and it gets better every time , this is the recharge everyone needs. You feel disconnect although you have Hampton roads at your finger tips. Highly recommended"

"This room exceeded our expectations. We travel often and this room was definitely better than some hotels we have stayed in the owners were very friendly and made sure we were okay, wish was a huge plus. We will be staying here again"

"The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk ."

"Breakfast bar was mediocre, however breakfast from the menu on weekend was good , had shrimp and grits and it was tasty. The staff there were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me"

"I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!"

"Great location, clean rooms."
