"The check in process was very simple and easy. I received a text message in regards to the check in process since we arrived after hours. The message informed me that the key card was located inside the secured locked box. I was pleasantly surprised to see the room as a small apartment. The two ladies we meet during our visit was very pleasant. Restaurants was within walking distance. There was only two small things that I had a problem with…the water pressure was slow and the pillows were flat. We will be returning next year. Thanks"

"The room was spacious and clean the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is there was no housekeeping, we could not get extra towels or even enough for both of us, for our two day stay, the breakfast & coffee was served later than advertised. "

"Room, bathroom, and bed were clean! The curtains were great at blocking out all the light. The area is quiet other than sirens from emergency vehicles going to the hospital across the road. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff."

"Room was not clean proplerly. The bathroom door was disgusting. The dishes definitely need to be ran tbrough the dish washer. Checking in last night the staff was friendly. During check out the elvator went down and it was not fun having to carry down a baby and luggage from the 4th floor. The walk way down the stairs smelled like paint."

"Staff was not friendly and my room was not ready until much later than my scheduled check in time. When I tried to voice my concerns to hotel staff, they dismissed the complaints without providing any remedy. Water pressure was terrible. There are only 4 elevators and it could take up to 20 minutes to catch one during peak hours. "
