Staff were excellent. A few minor issues (iron leaking, phone not working in room, lock not working properly). The room was “clean”. The carpets could use a shampoo along with the couch which had multiple stains and spots. Overall it was comfortable enough.

Our rooms were clean although missing a pillowcase for the pullout couch and the shower flower mate. The room offered plenty of space and comfortable. The view was very nice. The breakfast had many options and very clean eating area. Breakfast time was from 6:30-9am. It would have been nice to have breakfast until 10am just to cut down the congestion of people right before breakfast was over.
