Hotel Dekat Cinemark Chesapeake Square

"Very clean smooth check in nice staff. Very modern property close to stores and eateries. Comfy bed would definitely stay again."

"Ms. Ashley ckd me in and was an absolute delight! You should clone her because she is the perfect example of excellence! She was professional, yet personable. She was very helpful with information abt the area, directions, etc. All the qualities that help an out-of-state visitor feel safe, comfortable, and happy. The breakfast was very much a surprise. It included all that one could ask for in a healthy meal. A great way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. This will be my...

"We did a one night stay visiting my daughter in college. It was a nice area food places everywhere. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The room clean as well as the bathrooms. We only needed more towels. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"This is my home away from home when I travel to Chesapeake. The staff does a fantastic job and are so friendly and welcoming. My bed was super comfortable, and the shower was pretty good for a hotel shower. There was plenty of hot water. I always love the Hampton Inn breakfast. I would have given them a perfect score, but this particular hotel was being remodeled so I couldn't give them 5 stars on the appearance of the exterior of the building."

"Great job"

"We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

"Second time staying here and it gets better every time , this is the recharge everyone needs. You feel disconnect although you have Hampton roads at your finger tips. Highly recommended"

"The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk ."

"Breakfast menu was very limited"

"The rooms were very clean. Had no problems getting any type of service. Rooms looked new. Building in a great for shopping and eating. I will recommend this studio to anyone. Well stay there again."

"We always stay at Hampton Inn when we come in town"

"Breakfast bar was mediocre, however breakfast from the menu on weekend was good , had shrimp and grits and it was tasty. The staff there were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me"

"I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet."

"Property was relatively clean, could have been better."

"Janice was super kind and friendly. She was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was very tasty!"
