We stayed in a king size suite and it was clean and well stocked, ie towels. It was interesting that the lobby, elevators, hallways, etc were not clean.
We stayed for five nights. There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says room service will be provided after the third night. We stopped at the front desk to make sure of this since we needed towels and TP. After getting someone to come to the desk we were told that we were not having room service that day and it was too late to add it (it was 1030am). We asked if we could at least get new supplies and was told that would be fine. When we arrived back that night there were no towels, etc. We called the front desk and then went down to get them.
There was never anyone at the front desk. When we stopped there we had to yell "Hello" several times before an employee came out. At check out this morning, the same thing happened. The gentleman that handled the breakfast area was sitting in the lobby. He asked if we were checking out. He then said we could leave our key cards on the counter and asked for our room number. As we were about to walk out the front door, the front desk person finally came out.
And while I know we weren't spending a lot of time in the parking lot, it was filthy. There were hundreds a cigarette butts all along the front of the building.
Based on other reviews of this hotel, we were very surprised by all of this.
