"We loved that this hotel is practically across the street from Grand Central! Loved the Irish atmosphere too! We had breakfast in the little pub/restaurant which is adorable. When we couldn't figure out how to cool our room down, maintenance came very promptly and made the adjustment. Would definitely stay here again."

"The service at the desk was friendly and polite. The only issue we had was addressed immediately. The room was clean, and we always returned to a fresh room. We appreciated the location and found the street to be quiet while still in a good location for accessing public transportation and popular tourist sites.
