"Amazing property "

"The cabin was adorable and was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking: pots/pans, utensils, plates, cups, etc.. The location of the campground was near downtown Gatlinburg and the amenities were exceptional. The staff reached out and was very kind when we had a late arrival and ensured we were able to check in. We loved our stay! "

"Hotel could use a bit of modern touch. Room is advertised with a fireplace. What they don’t advertise is they do not supply wood to burn in the fireplace nor do they sell it. I appreciated they offer breakfast but the eggs were literally on the cold side. Overall even with the few issues I had with the hotel I would recommend if you’re looking for a lower price stay. "

"It is a little dated but the room was clean. The lock on the door was broken but I travel with an extra lock anyway! Breakfast was good. It is a good place to stay for the money. It is very close to downtown Gatlinburg and you could save a ton of money on parking if you were going downtown. "

"Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Had an electrical problem in our room and the staff and maintenance were very quick to get us moved to a new room. 10/10 recommend!"

"Room was nice, good parking, all I can really say it’s just sketch. There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."

"The rooms we clean, coffee pot didn't work. It's a non smoking property but 1st floor neighbor smoking marijuana on his balcony made our room stink. We were very unhappy about that."
