"Only downside was the breakfast quality. Due to an incredibly quiet day with hardly any guests the cooked breakfast offerings were not really edible! Hard bacon, concrete fried eggs - basically all sat there for hours. The breakfast staff were lovely and lots of fresh fruit and yoghurt replaced but the cooked was not really an option. "

"Hotel location is excellent for the shopping centre 10 min walk ,we were booked at ifly which was literally a 10min drive only thing letting it down was the breakfast everything was under cooked and cold but MC donalds is over the road ."

"Breakfast has a great variety to suit all including healthy options which I usually find difficult, so I was very impressed. The quality of the food is excellent overall and the staff are very helpful. Coupe not fault the service. I did not give 5 stars because I would have dusted the bedroom better myself. Yes I am fussy, so I expect a hotel room to be as clean as my home when I pay for it. "

"This hotel is very cheap, so I didn't expect much. Free parking, but tight to get to behind hotel. Room was tired, in need of decoration. Bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet. Can't complain for £47."

"The facilities were really good. The bed was so comfortable lovely hand and shower wash. Food was excellent so much choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when I left something behind in my room they safely packaged it for me to return. 5 star service. "

"The bed was the only thing clean. Even at the price I paid, I think it should've even been more reduced. The sink puts out yellow water at first. The shower and toilet were in rough shape. My door was hard to open. I had to fight to push it against the elevated carpet every-time. "
